Tsunamis are well known to start as quiet, low level water flows which are totally out of view and as a result they initiate very little planning for many even in the current high tech world and thus little concern until they reach their destinations. Then, look out! Obviously, the related forecasting has not been terribly accurate and the loss prevention almost nil. Now, these inaccurate forecasts of the well known natural physically damaging tsunami characteristics are very similar to the fiscal and monetary American “spending more than taking in” government management programs of the past and present. George W. Bush is certainly not the first President to overspend but without question the highest spender. So, what can the American taxpayers do to prepare for the worst? Read on.
