It is terribly obvious that President George W. Bush must have graduated from a very different school as he feels or at least he has verbally supported the beliefs of his many wealthy friends that we do not have to worry about such things as mercury in our drinking water and proves this by stating that a 7.13% decrease in mercury emissions into the U.S. atmosphere each year, and that is for the next 5 years only, is very good and will only help to improve an American’s health and wealth. Now, is mercury good for you? Well, according to him it must at least not be harmful. However, his use of the related environmental and health affect numbers is somewhat questionable. To start, knowing that mercury is bad for us and exposure to the chemical can shorten our lives at what point are his numbers acceptable?
