Some very basic business changes are required to protect the innocent: The tax based use of the word “Capitalization” has often been the tool used by some of the nation’s largest corporations to get away with robbery. The rules related to corporate reporting which have been supported by the American tax system need to be changed before more of the innocent investors and their company’s customers get taken to the investment cleaners. Who really pays taxes? Well, the old concept of having business taxes, which in the end have always be paid for by the American taxpaying individuals, must be ended. And when the nation eliminates business income taxes it also takes away so much of the hiding tools used by those corporate management criminals.
